Q: What are exclusion flags? What they are used for?

A: Exclusion flags are a handy option which offers you even more flexibility in the management of Failed Order Lines (FOLs).

By setting up an exclusion flag for an FOL, you remove that FOL from the list of FOLs that supplier can see and edit.

Also, this will have an impact on Net Performance Calculation.

We have 2 types of exclusion flags:

1. Non Delivered Exclusion Flag

2. Late Delivered Exclusion Flag

In order to activate an exclusion flag, select "Yes" from the drop down menu and click on "Update" button.

If Non Delivered Exclusion Flag is enabled to "Yes", non delivered quantity will be considered as delivered on time.

If Late Delivered Exclusion Flag is enabled to "Yes", GR will be considered as delivered on time.

IMPORTANT! For the flag to take effect in Net Performance Calculation, FOL needs to have at least one RC assigned (RCA1, approved RCA2 or RCA3). If this condition is fulfilled, exclusion flag has the biggest priority in the system interpretation.
