1. Suppliers generally access SCOT via the Metro Link Plus portal. Metro Link plus is a very easy and convenient one-entry point to most of Metro applications.


Therefore, you need to onboard new suppliers to Metro Link Plus and enable access to SCOT for them in the Metro Link Plus portal. If suppliers are already onboarded to Metro Link Plus, then all you need to do is enable SCOT service for them. For more details on this, please contact metrolink@sourcingsupport.de.


2. There are a few countries which do not use Metro Link Plus and suppliers access SCOT via direct link: https://scot.metronom.com/.


- if you have access to JIRA, please raise a Service Request (SR) in JIRA. Under "Confluence Search", search for and select "SR01259: SCOT User account creation".




- if you do NOT have access to JIRA, you can contact us:

  • by email: scot@sourcingsupport.de
  • by support ticket via Metro Employee SourcingSupport portal: click to open a FreshDesk ticket or click on button "New support ticket"                                                                                                                                      


The following information is required for new Supplier user creation: 

  • User Email (Remove any capital letter, spaces before and after, and avoid any word related to: “service”/ ”services”, “client”, “country” and “admin”)  
  • First Name 
  • Last Name 
  • Country (Three letters code such as: FRA, DEU, PAK, etc.) 
  • User Type (SUPP) 
  • Role (SCOT_SUPPLIER) 
  • Supplier Number(s) (Can be more than one, separated by comma without spaces) 
  • Wave (Not mandatory)


IMPORTANT! Please use this Excel template to request new user accounts in SCOT.
