To request a new SCOT Internal user account:


- if you have access to JIRA, please raise a Service Request (SR) in JIRA. Under "Confluence Search", search for and select "SR01259: SCOT User account creation".




- if you do NOT have access to JIRA, you can contact us:

  • by email: scot@sourcingsupport.de
  • by support ticket via Metro Employee SourcingSupport portal: click to open a FreshDesk ticket or click on button "New support ticket"                                                                                                                                      


The following information about the new user should be provided by the requestor:

- Email

- First name

- Last name

- Country 

- SCOT role

- Supplier Number(s) (only if role has acces restricted to only a list of specific suppliers)
