If not all articles registered under one order don't have an RCA 1 please check the following:

•  The articles without RCA 1 are Promo Articles? Usually Promo Articles don't have the same RCA1 parameters as regular articles.

Apply Promo Filter to double check:

If this is the case, it should be verified in pMacc which is the delivery rule for promo articles:

Check if the articles without RCA1 have a Late Delivery / Non Delivery Exclusion Flag:
