Q: How does SCOT handle changes in delivery dates? What about order deletion?

A: SCOT uses the initial Planed Delivery Date and Quantity. Later order updates are not sent to SCOT.

However, cancelled or deleted orders are transfered from MDW to SCOT.

Starting March 2023, this happens on a daily basis.

IMPORTANT: Deletions should be done on or before planned delivery date (PDD), otherwise order lines will be marked as failed (FOLs) and will be visible in SCOT after order deletion.
