SCOT Supplier has been streamlined to offer suppliers access to more analytics and to motivate them to raise the bar when it comes to deliveries and OTIF increase.
The new modern design makes it easier for suppliers to navigate the interface. The new features bring visibility over more in-depth data and performance reports. With more transparency and more possibilities to analyse metrics for past deliveries, suppliers will put more focus on future deliveries and, implicitly, on a higher OTIF - which is actually the common objective of Metro and suppliers.
Major changes in UI:
- homepage completely redesigned and providing access to new KPIs for a quick and comprehensive understanding of important analytics
- left-side main menu, more modern and easier to navigate
- new tabs: Contributors, Logistic Parameters* (*coming soon)
The Homepage consists of four main sections:

+ an Account drop-down menu on top to switch between supplier numbers (in case a company has several supplier numbers assigned to its account).
In terms of period, left-side sections provide more general information, while right-side sections more granular data in terms of the period and in terms of the articles also.
Business Overview - more high-level overview, at supplier level. Maximum period is 1 year.
Operational Weekly Dashboard - more granular level in terms of the period. Maximum period is 1 month.
Preset values are populated by default in the sections of the Homepage. But available filters can be used to go down to the needed level of detail.
Account - All accounts: a supplier can have multiple supplier numbers allocated to his account if it is a big company with multiple business units. In this case, he will be able to switch between supplier numbers in this drop-down menu. Default value is "all accounts" but user can select any supplier number he wishes to check and the values below will refresh in order to show the corresponding reports.
Account selection is reflected in all four sections available on Homepage: Business Overview, Operational Weekly Dashboard, Performance Summary and Detailed KPI View.

The left-side main menu gives quick access to all sections of SCOT. It consists of explicit icons which show text when hovering over with the mouse.
In the bottom part of the main menu, you also have the option to change the language of the interface, by clicking on the country flag icon.
