As a Metro Admin, you can create PRCA rules in SCOT based on mutual agreement and information exchanged with Suppliers. PRCA rules are meant to reflect certain situations which will impact the order delivery/status and about which you and Suppliers know in advance.

How to create PRCA as Metro Admin

Step 1: Go to tab Proactive RCA -> click on the + button to Add/Update Proactive RCA. Tab expands and more fields are displayed.

Step 2: Select the needed PRCA combination from the displayed Config Type list.

Important! Based on your selected combination, the fields that you need to fill in will be different.

Fill in the necessary information in the fields and click Add.

Step 3: A message is displayed if the PRCA was added successfully.

Step 4: On the same page, scroll to the bottom to see the newly added PRCA.
