Portfolio Performance

This is the performance (OTIF) of each supplier calculated for a certain period of time. You can search and check the performance of all your suppliers, or narrow down to an individual supplier or to a group of suppliers assigned to a portfolio. You can view the OTIF percentage and percentages of Non Deliveries and Late Deliveries.


Q: When is portfolio performance calculated?


A: Automatic performance calculation is run every 8th of the month for the previous month. Which means portfolio performance of the month April is calculated on the 8th of May. If the 8th is a weekend day, automatic calculation is done on the first working day of the following week.


It is therefore recommended for suppliers to fill in their RCA by end of previous month and also for Metro admins to approve till 8th of each month because after that the automatic performance calculation is run, and OTIF and other details are generated.


Q: How to manually run performance calculation?


In case after the 8th of the month (automatic performance calculation date) you need to make some changes to FOLs or suppliers need to do this and you allow it, then you need to manually recalculate NET performance after the changes are done, so that the OTIF reflects these FOL changes.

 



IMPORTANT: Gross OTIF is calculated daily (after data load and process from MDW is finished), so normally you don't need to recalculate Gross OTIF. You can proceed directly with Net OTIF recalculation.


However, if in some cases you need to recalculate both Gross and Net performance, please follow the below instructions:

- start with calculation of Gross results and 

- only after the calculation is finished with status "DONE", proceed further with Net calculation with the same parameters (Calculation level, supplier, time period).

Otherwise, Net results will be incorrect.


Example: 

1. Incorrect - Gross calculation was finished after the Net one => the results were incorrect


2. Correct - Net calculation started after Gross one was successfully completed => correct results 

 

Q: How to view performance for specific portfolios / suppliers?


You can filter the supplier or portfolio list based on the below criteria

  1. Calculation level like Supplier Weekly / Store Weekly / Supplier Monthly, etc.
  2. Time period like one month / two months / specific week, etc.
  3. KPI type Gross / Net
  4. Supplier number or Portfolio name
  5. Has Contract (if exists)

After choosing the filters, you can click on Search to view the list you need.
