Q: What is the difference between Penalization Results and Penalization Details?

A: Penalization Results are calculated on Supplier level (portfolio/supplier selection in filters).

In Penalization Results, you can calculate and see the general information by Supplier - ON CONDITION THAT there is a respective Active contract and the performance has been previously calculated. You can also see information about the Negotiated Penalties and Payback amount (if there are any). All this information can be displayed for more than one month and calculations are manually executed monthly by you as Metro Admin.

Penalization Details gives the possibility to calculate results on Article and Store level.

In Penalization Details, you can see the information in deeper details, by Supplier and split by Store and Article. For this reason, only one month is visible at a time - and, of course, ONLY for calculations previously executed in Penalization Results. Also, here the Negotiated Penalties can be managed (can be accepted in the grid field "Admin Acceptance" or with the button "Accept All"),as well as payback details (as this is done article-wise, not by supplier as in the Penalization Results).
