Q: Is there any specific date for automatic month closure* for suppliers, when FOLs become non-editable for them?

*Month closure = a date from which suppliers cannot edit FOLs anymore and performance calculation has been done

A:  There is NO automatic month closure set in SCOT.

Month closure for suppliers is agreed by you, as Admin, together with suppliers.

If supplier wants to make changes to RCA2 for some FOLs after “month closure” date, he needs to inform Admin. If Admin approves it, then supplier makes the changes and Admin needs to manually recalculate Supplier Performance so it reflects the new RCA2 entered by supplier.

NOTE: FOLs are “closed” (locked, non-editable) for suppliers as soon as Admin approves supplier’s RCA2 or enters RCA3.

In case Admin wants to still allow suppliers to make changes to RCA2, Admin needs to mark “RCA2 Approval Status = Not Checked”, respectively to “Remove RCA3”. This will make FOLs editable again for Suppliers so they can enter or change their RCA2.
