Q: How can I check the latest PRCA updates from supplier for a particular period (e.g. since my last export)?

A: You can do this in the "Search Proactive RCA" section (bottom side of the "Proactive RCA" tab):

Step 1: Select "Supplier Created Cases" from the drop down menu of "Config Type" field: 

NOTE: If you want to check the updates for a particular supplier, you have to select the supplier's number/name in the dedicated field.

Step 2: Go to "Not Exported Till",  select the current date click on "Search" button. The result will include only the PRCA created, but not exported until the current date.
