Q: Does PRCA need approval?

A: There are no approvals for PRCA.

Being something that is done proactively, this involves a pre-agreement between you and your suppliers. So both parties are aware of specific situations arising in the future and this will be documented in SCOT through the creation of PRCA rules.

PRCA rules can be defined in SCOT by:

- you as Metro Admins

- suppliers (if the PRCA feature has been enabled for them)
