Q: How to assign portfolio to Admin users?
A: Step 1. Log in into your SCOT|A account ("Employee" section) using your Metro account username and password:
Step 2. Click on "Portfolio Definition"
Step 3. Name your Portfolio -> Assign Suppliers -> Assign portfolio to your name and, to finish the process, press on "Add"
NOTE: For all Admin accounts on SCOT|A, supplier portfolio(s) can be assigned. It is not mandatory, but highly recommended, in order to make your daily work easier.
If you don't have any portfolio assigned, system will show a message, asking to define a portfolio, every time you access SCOT.
1) The user search function only works with first name and last name, NOT with email of the user.
2) When creating a portfolio, please don't forget the NAME of the portfolio. If the name is missing, we receive the "Internal Error" message.
