Please follow the steps below to add a new assortment group in spaceman
In case of a new assortment group, please make sure:
- To create/activate the new assortment group in MMS
- To add the new assortment group in the UDEF table in MDW
DW_UDEF_SPACE_ASSORT_LIST list for all assortment groups to deliver to Spaceman
NEW assortment groups: INSERT INTO DW_UDEF_SPACE_ASSORT_LIST (co_assort_group_id, client_cd) VALUES (<assortmentgroupnumber>,<client_cd>); Example: INSERT INTO DW_UDEF_SPACE_ASSORT_LIST (co_assort_group_id, client_cd) VALUES (90013,1560);- To add and respective sales period in MMS. Please refer to: Wrong sales & movement data (Spaceman)
- Click on Spaceman
- Click on “Open From Connectivity”
- Right click on SPACEMAN - RU .
- Click on New
- Enter the assortment group accordingly. The assortment group should always have 7 characters and start with zeros (e.g. 0080315, 00xxxxx, xxxxx = assortment group)
- Look for the Dummy_do_not_touch assortment Group.
- click on the “+” to expand it
- Right click on the “0”
- Click on “Copy”
- Select your new assortment group and right click on it.
- click on “Paste”
- Select the new folder.
- Right click on new folder and select delete.
- The new assortment has been created in Spaceman and My.Spaceman!
- Please do not use the dummy planograms when working on the new AssG. Please create a new planogram, as below:
- Go to Spaceman
- Click on File -> Open from Connectivity
- Go to the desired store and click on 'New'
- Give the new planogram a name
- Click on OK to open it
- Click on the 'Save' button to put it on status 'Work In Progress', so that the planogram can receive data during the night run
