If a Packaging certificate is nearing expiration or doesn't have an expiry date, the system will automatically send an email to the supplier contact. This email will include the specification ID, Packaging name, and certificate details. 


Suppliers can update the data by logging into MQ via MLP and following the link provided in the notification email.  


Or they can open MQuality, click on "Supplier" from the left menu, then navigate to "View supplier details" and "Specification management."  They should search for the specific specification and click on it to open. 


In the Packaging sections, they can remove the old document and upload the new one. Once the new document is uploaded, they can edit the expiry date and save the changes.
