How to check your NET Performance - Article level

While Performance gives you visibility over your overall NET Performance at supplier number level (for all articles, over a certain period), Article Overview goes down to article level information.

Here you can check the Net OTIF, Late deliveries and Non Deliveries for each of your articles for the period of your choice: one or several months, one or several years.

Compared to the Detailed KPI View on Home page, where you can see article-level information for the last 9 weeks, here in Article Overview you can go back and check historical data for as long as it is available in Metro systems. You can also customise the period for which to check this data. You will see the Net OTIF of articles ordered by Metro and delivered to them for the selected period (the articles with OTIF 100% included), as well as Late Deliveries and Non Deliveries in percentages. Ordered Quantities, Received Quantities, Short Quantities and Tolerance quantities are also shown in Metro Units (MU).

However, if you are interested in more details on your articles which are top OTIF contributors (for which you perform very well) or to which you need to pay attention in order to improve delivery performance, we recommend you to check out the Contributors section of SCOT.

In Article Overview, you can use the available filters to define your search. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Period From
  2. Select Period To
  3. Select the supplier account
  4. Click on Search

Note: Articles of the selected time period are displayed in the search results. As the focus is always on improving delivery performance, the articles with the lowest OTIF are shown first. This is the default sorting but you can click on the header of the column "Net OTIF %" and reverse the order of the articles, so you first see the articles with the best OTIF.

How to customise Columns by selecting Filters

To customise the shown columns of the search results, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Configure Table
  2. Select / Deselect the required columns
  3. Click on Apply

Note: Mandatory columns are marked Grey and cannot be deselected.

Once you select the required columns and click on Apply, the Article Details table will reflect your choice. This is marked as Custom under the Configure Table field.

How to download an Article Report

After selecting the supplier number and date range i.e. Period From and Period To, click on Search. Then the number of article records is displayed.

At the right side below the Search button, you have three horizontal dots. If you click on them, the Export Excel option is shown. Once you click on Export Excel, the article report for that time period is downloaded.
