1. Search Filters

The Search section provides various search fields which help you identify the Failed Order Lines (FOLs) that you need to check and/or comment.

Only the fields "Field Planned Delivery From" and "Planned Delivery Date To" are mandatory (marked with red asterisk), the rest of the search options you can use according to your needs in order to narrow down your search results:

  • Supplier number (in case more supplier numbers are assigned to your supplier accounts)
  • Store
  • Metro Article
  • Failure Status (Late or Non Delivery)
  • Order number
  • Article Subsystem Number
  • Supplier Article Number
  • Logistic Flow (PAXD and DSD, BBXD, or CS)
  • My RCA Number
  • RCA Assigned By Me (True or False)
  • RCA Assigned By Metro (True or False)
  • RCA Approved by Metro (True or False)
  • Buying EAN No
  • Has Attachment (Yes or No)

2. Save your frequently used Search Filters

To save your preferred or most used search filters, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Select all the relevant filters to see the information that you need in the most accurate way (Planned Delivery time frame, Supplier, Order Number, Metro Article Number, Store, etc.) then click on the "Search" button.

Example: You want to see the Late Delivery FOL's for multiple supplier numbers of supplier "MXXXX" for the year 2023 from Jan 1st till Dec 31st. If you select the respective filters and click on "Search", then you can see all Late delivery FOLs in 2023 for all selected supplier numbers.

Step 2. Click on the "Save Filters" button, marked in the previous screenshot, give this new filter a relevant name and then click on "Ok":

Step 3. You can find your new filter under "Saved Filters".

You can retrieve the same information as many times as you need, whenever you click on this saved search filter.

3. Delete your saved Search filters

To delete a saved filter, click on "x" next to the filter and then "Yes" in the confirmation window.

Note: In order to have results when you search by using Metro Article Number, please remove the last 6 digits from the number format, because they represent a combination for variant number and selling trade unit number. E.G.: Instead of "78399001001", fill in only "78399" as in the example below.

For more detailed results, you can add Article Subsystem Number as a filter.

IMPORTANT: If you want to use the same search criteria for a different period, you can ease your work by clicking on the already existing saved filter, change the time period, click on "Save Filters" and provide a relevant name to the new filter, in order to be able to differentiate those two saved filters.
