A completely new section in SCOT
With the completely new "Contributors" section, you have access to even more insightful analytics. Top-interest articles with big impact on OTIF are highlighted here - "Negative OTIF Contributors" and "Positive OTIF Contributors", as well as the list of All Order Lines (so not only Failed Order Lines - FOLs).
How to access Contributors
- On Homepage, in Operational Weekly Dashboard, click on the numbers under "Negative OTIF Contributors" and "Positive OTIF Contributors"
- In the Main Menu, click on the wheel icon (second icon in the list)
The "Contributors" section provides you with insightful information about your best performing articles and your most problematic articles in terms of OTIF. So Positive and Negative OTIF Contributors.
The detail level goes down to article variant on Contributors page. While on Homepage, OTIF, Availability and Lost Sale Opportunity are broken down to your supplier account level, giving a more general overview, Contributors goes down to most detailed level possible and brings in the spotlight best performing article variants and worst performing article variants. It is extremely important to single out these article variants and understand the reasons behind their good or bad performance in order to keep optimising OTIF, Availability and Lost Sales Opportunity.
As the short page description says it, "on this page you can find detailed analysis of the main contributors for your results. Article considered as contributor if it has huge difference in absolute error value between selected time period and period with the same duration in the past. Error is quantities which were not delivered/late delivered comparing with ordered quantity."

3. Scatter chart: Focus Articles - Availability & Lost Sales Opportunity*

*If Lost Sales Opportunity is not available for you, the chart is plotted with Availability & Delivered Not On Time/In Full Order Value.
Filters
- Period: Last 1 Week, Last 2 Weeks, Last 3 Weeks, Custom Month
- Account: All Accounts, list of individual accounts
- Contributors: All OTIF Contributors, Negative OTIF Contributors, Positive OTIF Contributors
- Article Variant No - Name: All Article Variants, list of individual article variants
"Clear Filter" option is available to reset filters to default values.
"Save Filter" option allows you to save your used search filter for an easier, quicker use at a later time.
Let's take a closer look at the filters:
Period
When selecting Last 1 Week, Last 2 Weeks or Last 3 Weeks, the week numbers are shown below, so you know exactly what weeks you are checking.
When selecting Custom Month, a new field is shown where you can select the exact month you are interested in. Only one month at a time can be selected. The most recent will be the Last closed calendar month. You can go back to October 2022 because SCOT has historical data from EDGE starting with that date.
IMPORTANT: If on Homepage - Operational Weekly Dashboard, default "Last 1 Week" period is changed to any other period available in the drop-down (e.g. Last 3 Weeks), by clicking on either Negative or Positive OTIF Contributors, the period selection is kept also on the Contributors page (there, results will reflect Last 3 Weeks as well, in all Focus Article scatter charts and table).
Account
Same principle as on Homepage is followed: you can either select All Accounts or one specific account (supplier number) from the list of accounts belonging to your company. This is not a multi-select field.
IMPORTANT: Same as with the Period filter, Account selection from Homepage is kept on Contributors page.
Contributors
You can switch between All OTIF Contributors, Negative OTIF Contributors and Positive OTIF Contributors.
IMPORTANT: Depending on the selection done in the Contributors filter, the Article Variant list will be refreshed. (But not vice-versa!)
Article Variant No - Name
You can select All Article Variants or specific article variants. Multi-selection is possible, so you can check as many articles as needed in the drop-down list.
Clicking on "Search" will refresh the charts and tables. More info in the dedicated articles.
