Performance Summary is a graphical representation of different KPIs for a selected period. Data shown in the graph is actual value for the selected period for the selected KPI values.


Graph Legend:

The graph displayed is a line graph and different data set is represented with different color code.

X-axis represents Months

Y-axis is dynamic based on KPI selection 

For KPIs: Net OTIF, Gross OTIF and Availability --> Y-axis values are in % (Range 0-100)

For KPIs: Lost Sales Opportunity --> Y-axis values are in NNBP (0-Max of the actual value)

Period: Last 1 Year, Last 6 Months, Last 3 Months

KPI: Net OTIF, Gross OTIF, Availability, Lost Sales Opportunity





Lines in the graph can be shown/hidden by clicking on the legend fields below the graph. This will help you to focus on only one trend/metric at a time.



PLEASE NOTE: OTIF Target line completely disappears from the graph when the Account selection on the first part of screen is All Accounts. 





Default Display:

When you log in, the default selection for the graph display is always:

Accounts: All Accounts  

Performance Summary card: Period: Last 1 year 

                                               KPI:     Net OTIF





Period

Depending on your selection of the Period in the drop-down menu, comparison is made between the same months of two consecutive years.


E.g.: Account: Specific Supplier selection

             Current month is September 2023

             Period selection: Last 3 months 

             KPI : NET OTIF


Data comparison is made between June, July and August of 2023 (grey line) to June, July and August of 2022 (blue line). 

The data points displayed on the graph are actual values that were recorded for those months.

i.e. August year 2022-2023 value is 93.4% where as August year 2021-2022 was 96.7% (screenshots below)






Graphical data download options:
The three-dot menu allows download of the chart as Excel, PDF or image file.


The excel will download the complete data, for all KPIs (not only the selected one - as in the case of PDF or image).
