SCOT Supplier has been streamlined to offer you access to more analytics and to allow you stay on top of your delivery performance with Metro.
The new and modern design makes the SCOT interface easier to navigate. The new features bring visibility over more in-depth data and performance reports. With more transparency and more possibilities to analyse metrics for past deliveries, you can now put more focus on future deliveries and, implicitly, on a higher OTIF - which is actually the common objective for you and Metro.
Major changes in UI:
- left-side Main Menu, more modern and easier to navigate
- Homepage completely redesigned and providing access to new KPIs for a quick and comprehensive understanding of important analytics
- new sections with new functionalities: Contributors, Logistic Parameters
The Homepage consists of four main sections:

+ an Account drop-down menu on top to switch between supplier numbers (in case your company has several supplier numbers assigned to its main account).
In terms of period, left-side sections provide more general information, while right-side sections more granular data in terms of the period and in terms of the articles also.
Business Overview - more high-level overview, at supplier level. Maximum period is 1 year.
Operational Weekly Dashboard - more granular level in terms of the period. Maximum period is 1 month.
Preset values are populated by default in the sections of the Homepage. But you can use the available filters to go down to the needed level of detail.
Account - All accounts: your company can have multiple supplier numbers allocated to its account if it is a big company with multiple business units. If you as a supplier user have several supplier numbers allocated to your account, you can switch between them here in this drop-down menu. Default value is "all accounts" but you can select any supplier number you wish to check and the values below will refresh in order to show the corresponding reports.
Account refers to all fours sections available on Homepage: Business Overview, Operational Weekly Dashboard, Performance Summary and Detailed KPI View. Depending on the selection in the Account field, the data in the four sections will reflect the reports for that specific account.

The left-side main menu gives quick access to all sections of SCOT. It consists of explicit icons which show text when hovering over with the mouse.
In the bottom part of the main menu, you also have the option to change the language of the interface, by clicking on the country flag icon.
