If you need to add a new user and have a user that is not in use or have any updates in your team, you can create a request for switching the license from “old” user to "new" one.


Please follow the steps below:


  1. Create a request (by e-mail) to Spaceman support Team ([email protected])

    • Your request should contain:

      1. Old Metro-user’s e-mail address

      2. New Metro-user’s e-mail address

  2. Include in CC Domain Expert ([email protected]) and Product Manager ([email protected])

  3. You will be informed by Spaceman support Team when new user can login and check access.

  4. After checking access to M:Spaceman from user’s side, send the feedback to Spaceman support Team about successful login or about any issues.
