As per the agreed process with Metro AG, we do not hard delete records from the database.

 

The primary reason beside the legal restrictions in Germany for not hard deleting records is to maintain traceability and accountability for all actions taken within our M|Quality system.

 

Articles and suppliers can be delisted.

 

Specifications can be either cancelled or archived.
