Based on new release November 22 , a new feature in Audit conduction.

When the auditor is filling audit during the conduction, auditee has a possibility to write comments.


Writing comments on nonconformity is mandatory. However, in the past comments written by auditor could be edited or be deleted entirely . Also in some occassion these comments accidently got deleted or there was data loss.


 


Therefore in order to prevent data loss the comment deletion is  not possible.


A user cannot delete the text entered in chapter's comment field. The user can edit the comment, but cannot delete the comment.

If a user wants to delete any chapter comment, it has to be replaced by any other character e.g. '.' , '-', n.a.'


During the audit it is possible to leave the chapter's comment field blank. If no comment is entered, the 'Edit' feature is still in place.
