Go to METRO Link plus Administration

Go to Company Management

Search for the supplier name in the Supplier Name filed

Check for Listing System:  INT METRO 

Check for Services: eSourcing

If the supplier is found but the eSourcing is not displayed in the services column, then the supplier company has to be created for eSourcing (pushed from MLP to eS). In this case, please select any of available profiles and click on the on eSourcing icon.

Please select "Common Sourcing" a click "Create Supplier" in the appearing pop up.

Next, you need to check if the needed contact(s) are already invited or have eSourcing assigned.
