Pre-requisites

Each license to use Spaceman Professional comes with an individual cost per user. Each Spaceman country pays for a different number of licenses. Spaceman's Product Owner is responsible for license management.

Please refer to: User license & password policy and How to Check Active Licenses (Spaceman)

Requests for new licenses always need to be done by the head of merchandizing, one of the board members and should be supported by a signed order form.

New spaceman users can be directly created if replacing old users (e.g. the requesters ask to delete one user and create a new one). If this is not the case, an alignment e-mail should be send to the Product Owner.

Forward the Freshdesk ticket to Markus Schramm:  markus.schramm@metro.digital

The text of the message should look like:

Dear Olena,

we received the request to create [X] users for Spaceman [Country].

User's roles are the following:

Are there enough licenses? Can I proceed with the user creation?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards
