Dear QA Community

When you want to accept the specification on the last step of the workflow in MQuality , you will get an empty field in the Gtin assignment area or an error about missing Gtin data 

 To maintain the Gtin please do following steps : 

1. go to the "Article icon" and search for the article from your specification - Axxxxx

2. open the article master data by - EDIT 

 On the next screen:

1. open the Gtin area 

2. add as many new lines as you need for the new Gtins - you have no limit there , and you can always delete not needed lines 

3. add the Gtin number , supplier , site , brand name , packaging unit name , language circle, selling countries 

4. save the values

After you save the values in the Article master data - please go to the dashboard and your specification ,

you will be able to choose Gtins under Gtin number

1. to add more than one Gtin click on the "Add" button to create more lines  

2. choose Gtin 

3. save 

so then you can Accept the specification
