Case 1, the person planned the audit and did not clicked on confirm planification): The person who did the planning needs to finalize it (Confirm the planification) or do it from the beginning. Not finalized planning you can be find in Audits Not finalized planning 

In case you planned the audit, please check under Status “Not finalized” Status Not finalized = Audit plan started / not finalized. Plan will stay under Not finalized planning until it will be finalized by you on further step. Technically saved planed audits, not confirmed / published 

Case 2, person did not planned the audit and are not assigned as “auditor”:

In this case the person see the the audit, but does not see the chapter - Solution for Planification of audit & visibility : if an auditor plans audits for other auditors (other = user: internal auditor), he can see the audit even if he is not assigned to any chapter and he is not the lead auditor (but he won’t see any chapters if he opens the audit).
