Normally error 409 occurs when there are errors in your planogram (e.g. products not fitting to the shelf, etc.). In case of any errors, the planogram cannot be published,
Example:
In order to publish the planogram, please do the following:
1) Uncheck 'Automatically convert all planograms on load' (under Conversion Options) so that you will receive error messages in Spaceman.
- Open Spaceman
- Click on “File” –> “Options”
- Click on “Planogram Conversion”
- Click on “Conversion Options…”
- In the tab “General”, please uncheck the field “Automatically convert all planograms on load”. This will avoid new text to be automatically added to the “Notes” field.
2) Please also do the following:
- Go to File -> Options -> General
- Unselect the both check-boxes below ('Allow Overflow Space' and 'Auto Reduce Fixed Positions')
3) After following the above:
- Open the READY planogram that is not being published and see if any error appears to you
- Solve the errors and save the planogram again
- The planogram should then be picked by the publishing job and successfully published
