Tender/ Project Initiation by OB Expert / OB Manager

  • OB Expert/ OB Manager user clicks on the Request menu item and selects Tender/Project Initiation
  • OB Expert/ OB Manager user navigates to Tender/ Project Initiation search screen
  • OB Expert/ OB Manager user clicks on “Tender/ Project Initiation” button and is navigated to the below screen  
  • OB Expert/ OB Manager user enters Tender/Project Name
  • OB Expert/ OB Manager user clicks on Add Articles or Add Articles from COMS to select articles for Tender/ Project Initiation
  • Click on “Add Article” button to select articles
  • Once article is selected, articles are updated on the initiation screen
  • Click on “Add Articles from COMS” button to select articles from COMS
  • Once COMS category is selected, COMS Category, Division, Department, MMG and MG attribute details are updated automatically according to the article/COMS category selected
  • Note: Only articles from single category can be selected form this option
  • Click on “Add Suppliers” button to select Suppliers for the project
  • Once suppliers are selected, suppliers are displayed under the “Supplier Participating”
    • Select “Country QA” and “OB Expert” user from dropdown
    • OB Expert/ OB Manager user can attach files if required by clicking on “Attach Files” button
    • After filling in all the required fields, user clicks on Save/Submit button and Project is saved
