1. Global QA Expert Task: Approve section by QA
- Global QA Expert user receives task to approve section
- Global QA Expert user runs the task and lands on to the SP
- Global QA Expert user verifies the details filled by supplier and packaging user and accordingly take action
- Global QA Expert user can provide comments to supplier and packaging user after reviewing the SP by clicking on “Send for Review” button
- If all details are fine, then Global QA Expert user clicks on “Accept” button and task is completed
2. Global QA Expert Task: Send SP to Design Packaging
- New task “Send SP to Design Packaging” is created for QA to send specification for labeling information
View Specification
- User clicks on “Request” from menu and selects “Specification Management”
- User enters search filters and clicks on “Search” button to search for required Specification to view
- User clicks on SP Id to view the specification
Specification screen opens up and user can view specification details
- User views two icons on the top right corner: “View Packaging Summary” icon (blue list icon) and “Generate PDF” icon (red icon)
- By clicking on “View Packaging Summary” icon (blue list icon), a pop-up window opens up and user can see packaging summary details
- User clicks on the “Generate PDF” icon, Specification details are downloaded in PDF format to user’s local system
Specification Versioning/ Amendment
If there is any requirement to amend the existing active specifications, then there is an option in MQuality tool to create new version of the same specification
- To create a new version, Global QA Expert user clicks on Request icon and clicks on Specification Management
- Global QA Expert user searches for active specification by using filter on Specification page
- Global QA Expert user clicks on “Amend SP” and a pop-up opens with two options which user can select:
- QA Section: If Global QA Expert user selects this option then only QA section will be available for amendment
- QA & Packaging Section: If Global QA Expert user selects this option then both QA & Packaging sections will be available for amendment
QA & Packaging Section Amendment
- Global QA Expert selects QA & Packaging section as amend type and lands on to Amend SP Request page
- New SP Id is created with new versioning
- Supplier Contact, GQA Expert, Technical Packaging user and GTIN details are pre-populated with previous data which can be edited
- Amend Type attribute is editable for Global QA expert
- Start date for new version is automatically updated when the new version is opened
- Global QA Expert user click on Save and Next to proceed to Amend QA & Packaging Section
- Global QA Expert user updates the QA section and Packaging Section
- If Global QA Expert user clicks on Send for Review action, then the SP is sent to Supplier and packaging user for alignment so Global QA Expert can update new version of SP accordingly
- Packaging user logs into MQuality tool and view task to Amend Packaging section sent by Global QA Expert user
- Packaging user runs the task and lands on to Amend Packaging section screen
- Packaging user reviews the details and updates the packaging section by providing comments
- If Packaging user clicks on Send for review then the task will be moved to Global QA expert user and Supplier for review
- If packaging user clicks on Accept, then the task will be sent to Global QA Expert user for approval
- If Global QA Expert user clicks on Accept action, then new SP version’s status changes to Approved
QA Section Amendment
- Global QA Expert selects QA section as amend type and lands on to Amend SP Request page
- New SP Id is created with new versioning
- Supplier Contact, GQA Expert and GTIN details are pre-populated with previous data which can be edited
- Technical packaging user attribute is non-editable
- Start date for new version is automatically updated when the new version is opened
- Global QA Expert user click on Save and Next to proceed to Amend QA Section
- Global QA Expert user updates the QA section
- If Global QA Expert user clicks on Send for Review action, then the SP is sent to Supplier and packaging user for review so Global QA Expert can update new version of SP accordingly
- If Global QA Expert user clicks on Accept action, then new SP version’s status changes to Approved
Packaging Section Amendment
- Packaging user logs in to MQuality tool and navigates to search specification page
- Packaging user searches for active specification by using filter on Specification page
- Packaging user views “Amend SP” option for active specifications
- Packaging user clicks on “Amend SP” and a pop-up opens with option which user can select:
- Packaging Section: If Packaging user selects this option then only Packaging section will be available for amendment
- Packaging user selects Packaging section as amend type, clicks on OK button and lands on to Amend SP Request page
- New SP Id is created with new versioning
- Supplier Contact and Technical Packaging user are pre-populated with previous data which can be edited
- GTIN details are not editable by Packaging user
- Amend Type attribute is non-editable
- Start date for new version is automatically updated when the new version is opened
- Packaging user click on Save and Next to proceed to Amend QA & Packaging Section
- Packaging user updates the Packaging Section
- If Packaging user clicks on Send for Review action, then the SP is sent to Supplier and packaging user for alignment so Global QA Expert can update new version of SP accordingly
- If packaging user clicks on Accept, then the task will be sent to Global QA Expert user for approval
- If Global QA Expert user clicks on Accept action, then new SP version’s status changes to Approved
