Local QA Task: Approve section by QA
- Local QA user receives task to approve section
- Local QA user runs the task and lands on to the SP
- Local QA user verifies the details filled by supplier and packaging user and accordingly take action
- Local QA user can provide comments to supplier and packaging user after reviewing the SP by clicking on “Send for Review” button
- If all details are fine, then Local QA user clicks on “Accept” button and task is completed
Local QA Task: Send SP to Design Packaging
- New task “Send SP to Design Packaging” is created for QA to send specification for labeling information
View Specification
- Local QA User clicks on “Request” from menu and selects “Specification Management”
- User enters search filters and clicks on “Search” button to search for required Specification to view
- User clicks on SP Id to view the specification
- Specification screen opens up and user can view specification details
- User views two icons on the top right corner: “View Packaging Summary” icon (blue list icon) and “Generate PDF” icon (red icon)
- By clicking on “View Packaging Summary” icon (blue list icon), a pop-up window opens up and user can see packaging summary details
- User clicks on the “Generate PDF” icon, Specification details are downloaded in PDF format to user’s local system
