Specification Creation for local / country QA
Local QA Task: Create and Fill SP Details
- 
Local QA user clicks on “Request” from menu and selects “Specification Management”
 
- Local QA user clicks on “Create Request” button to create Specification
 
 
- 
Specification initiation screen is displayed
 
- Fill in the details for Specification Request
 - 
Select SP Initiation Type: 
- Existing RP: this option is used to create specification from an existing RP
 - New SP: this option is used to create new specification without having any RP reference
 
 
- 
If “New SP” is selected, then all the attributes are empty and user needs to fill all the data. 
 
- 
If “Existing RP” is selected, then select the RP from list 
 
- User can select RPs created by themselves or other user RPs as well
 
- Based on selected RP, Article list, Supplier list, CQA Expert, Supplier Contact list will be auto populated for user to select.
 - Article Category will be filled based on the article selected
 
- 
Select initiation type from the below option:
- New: by selecting this option, user can create a new specification, all attribute fields will be empty for user to add new data
 - Copy: by selecting this option, user can create specification by copying existing SP details and attribute data will be pre-filled as per the copy SP
 
 
- If initiation type is selected as “New”
 - Local QA User selects Articles based on which Template Details will be pre-populated with default template for Article Category.
 
 
- Local QA user can select any other template as per requirement.
 - For New initiation type, “Fill SP Details” page will be loaded with empty fields according to the template selected.
 
 
- 
If initiation type is selected as “Copy” then a new attribute called “Copy SP Type” appears for Local QA user to select copy options as given below:
- Copy QA & Packaging Section- by selecting this option, system copies both QA & Packaging section details to this specification
 - Copy QA Section- by selecting this option, system copies only QA section details to this specification
 
 
- Select the SP Id and template from the list to be copied
 - Select GTIN from dropdown, remaining fields will be auto-populated (GTIN selection can happen at any stage of specification)
 
- Fill in the remaining details and click on Save button
 
 
- Click on Next button to navigate to Fill SP Details page
 
- For Copy SP, details will be pre-filled according to the SP selected
 
- 
QA user will only view these two mandatory attributes to be filled:
- Product legal title
 - Nutrition Template
 
 - Sections which have mandatory attributes for Local QA user will display warning icon in left panel if fields are empty
 - Product Description is prefilled from RP description
 - Local QA fills in the Main Details section

- Local QA can add GTIN details on this page also by clicking on “Add” button and selecting GTIN from dropdown
 
 
- Local QA selects mandatory fields “Nutrition template” and “% RI Calculated based on” from dropdown list
 - Declared Nutrition section table will be auto-populated based on “Legislation”, “Nutrition template” and “% RI Calculated based on” selected
 
- Local QA user can add more nutrients which does not exist in the table
 - Fill in the Packaging section (optional for QA user)
 - Select Key Differentiator by clicking on star
 - If Key Differentiator is not selected and Local QA clicks on “Submit” button, then a pop-up validation box appears
 
 
- After filling the details, Local QA user clicks “Submit”
 - SP status changes to Collaborative draft Status from Draft
