When GQA create RP and country alignment step is sent out - you will receive nitrification from Mquality

How to check the request / response / amended RP from GQA ?
General:
- after log in - you will see on the dashboard page
- Country QA can see the task assigned to him/her to provide country alignment
- Country QA clicks on Run Task (}) to update the the task and select the apricate alignment option
- Country QA can review the RP by clicking on different tabs to see the details of RP data
- There are 3 buttons ‘Agree’, ‘Participating With Comments’ and ‘ Not Participating’ for Country QA selection
- If Country QA clicks on ‘Agree’ button, means they are 100% in agreement with the requirements in the RP and they have no additional country specific requirements for this RP – the system automatically notifies GQA of country agreement
- If Country QA clicks on ‘Participating With Comments’ button, means they are willing to participate provided some of the country specific amendments are incorporated in the RP - requirements can be added as comments (see later)
- The ‘Not Participating’ button, means the country is not going to participate in the RP as the RP is not aligned to the country or the requirements are not appropriate for the country
1. Action: ‘Participating with Comments’
- When Country QA clicks on ‘Participating With Comments’ button, the system refreshes the page and allows Country QA to add comments
- Country QA provides comments to a specific section on the RP by clicking on the blue comments icon after going to any section of his/her wish
- Country QA can give a comment against a specific attribute by selecting the attribute and fill comment in the comment box that appaers for the selected attribute
- Country QA has to click on the arrow to submit the comment
- Country QA can give also comment against the entire RP by giving comment on the Country Alignment comment box at the bottom
- Important note: The comments are saved to the RP only if the arrow is clicked after entering the comment
- The attribute becomes yellow in color when a comment is submitted against it
- On click of the submit button the country alignment with comments are sent back to GQA Expert
- Country QA clicks on Run Task (})
Country QA clicks on Not Particpating button, adds a comment on reason for not participating and the task closes and sends the RP back to GQA Expert
3. Action: ‘Agree’
- Country QA clicks on Run Task (}) to update the the task and select the appriate alignment option and push the buttom Agree
GQA Review of Country Alignment Comments and Participation and Country QA receive
Country QA to reconsider the request / response / amended RP
- To review the GQA response to Country QA comments, the Country QA logs in to the MQuality tool
- Click on Run Task (}) against the task
- The amendments in the RP are seen in the RP sections and are highlighted in yellow and pink – yellow indcates where the comments are given and GQA might have changed the values based on comments received
- Pink color indicates the value in the text fields is changed
- Country QA can accept the amended RP with new comments or can give further comments by clicking on ‘Participating With Comments’ button
- A country which had rejected the RP, if sent again to review the amended RP by GQA can review the RP and can participate in the RP
- If a country QA has Agreed a RP initially, but the RP is updated later due to other country request then Global QA Expert sends the RP back to the agreed country QA by clicking on RESEND button
- Resend of RP creates a task for country QA
- On review of the amended RP, Country QA can click on Agree button, if in agreement, at which point the accepted RP is submitted to GQA Expert
- The Country QA can also select ‘not participating’ or ‘particpate with comments’
