  • User ID/ Login ID /Email address 

  • User role (e.g. Global QA, country QA etc)

  • Task/Step where the issue occurred

  • Full screenshots with browser address of the issue

  • What did the user expect to happen in the application?

  • what happened instead


to have clear and full information to solve fast your issue !
