- On the Range Planning views, ARP shows values for all stores, in general. Data source is MDW, taking into consideration the period defined during the Range Plan creation
- Example: Sales NSP Val Total, Sales NSP Val FSD Total, Sales Pieces Promo, Total Incomes values include all stores (no restriction on active stores or depots)
- ‘Avg Weekly Sales Units’ value is calculated on pieces for all relevant stores (active+inactive) in the range plan period selected
- Formula: ‘Avg Weekly Sales Units’ = sum of (colli quantity *selling bundle content) / Number weeks with sales
- On store level you can find the sales in Local page, usually for the last 52 weeks (l52w)
- We get in the ‚number of weeks with sales’ and the ‘number of weeks with stock’. If an inactive store has no stock for this article, it is not taken into account. Also if the article is only few weeks with stock, the calculation is weighted accordingly with this calculation.
- As we sum the number of weeks for every store, the calculation means, that the final value is a calculation per store not over all stores
For illustration, one example:
Store | Sell Qty*Bundle content | Weeks with Stock | Avg Weekly Sales |
10 | 15 | 3 | |
11 | 260 | 52 | |
12 | 0 | 0 | |
13 | 45 | 9 | |
320 | 64 | 5 |
