While the RFP grid is In Setup status we can check:

Edit Line Items:

- open arrow

-what articles are included in the RFP grid

Preview grid:

 -we can check how the suppliers will see the RFP, which columns will be displayed and which will be open for answer

While the RFP grid is in Ready status we can check:

-when the RFP will open for the suppliers/Start date and when it will be closed/End date

While the RFP grid is Online/Extended/Closed/In Analysis status we can check:

-Start and End date of the RFP

Previewer:

-we can check the values/answers provided by each supplier

View answers:

-we can check all received answers from the suppliers in one place

-we can check the General Conditions acceptance status, if the suppliers accepted/refused the GC

RFP status explanation:

In Setup: RFP grid is in preparation by the buyer,  not yet published

Ready: RFP was published, Start date is not yet reached

Online: RFP grid was published/set online

Closed: RFP grid was closed manually

Extended: RFP End date was extended, prolonged, reopened

In Analysis: RFP grid reached the End date
