To add a filter to any column of the worksheet, please follow the steps below
- Click on filter in the Common operations tab (highlighted in red)
- After you clicked on Filter you will see another window like the one below, here you can choose the column to which you would like to apply the filter (for eg: competitor brand name)
- Add Filter: Identify the date to be filtered using the drop down menu (ex. Prefix) (1)
- Operator: Decide upon the operator (equals, not equals, contains, etc.) (2)
- Value: Select value from the Filter field; more than one value may be chosen which are identified in the Tags field (ex. Selgros) (3)
- Locked: Locked option allows the user to prevent other users from changing/replacing this filter. It will persist until the same user selects to “unlock” it (4)
- Select “Add Filter” to save this filter.
Filters may be toggled on or off; they may also be deleted by the user or new ones can be added.
- The final result will be displayed on the worksheet with the filter applied, in our case, to competitor Selgros and the active filter can be seen in common operation navigation tab
