The card seen below, highlighted in red, is a so-called KPI card.

It summarizes data from your worksheet. You can add more KPI cards to your worksheet by following these steps:

  • KPI Cards (and Columns) are accessed through the Column Manager icon highlighted in blue box and will appear on the right-hand side of the screen
  • New KPI’s may be created by selecting “Add KPI Card“ which will open the “KPI Card Settings” window.
  • Selecting existing KPIs will also open this window.

KPI card settings require:

  • Label: Must be unique (1)
  • Value Type : Number, Date & String (2)
  • Display Format: Integer, Float, Percentage or Currency (3)
  • Decimals: Number of decimal places to be displayed (4)
  • KPI Definition: Both KPI’s and Calculated Columns use SQL logic as the basis for their code. Users may also review the existing KPI’s as examples for formatting (5)
