- How to export BU quantities via Article management with the Pooling Sheet
- Go to Article Management- Article List
- Open advanced search-Enter the project ID and search for it
- Select all articles and click on the button “Pooling Sheet”.
- Please note that the icon will be available only after selecting the articles.
- A pop-up window will appear
- Click on the file and download the report
II. How to export BU quantities via the project
- Click on Demand specification from the project.
- Under “View answers” you can also see and export the quantities placed by the countries.
- The quantities are displayed only per article level, not on total
