In the competitive RFP the supplier will get informed via e-mail notfication, in case the supplier is not anymore on 1st rank.

Set up  of Competitive setting RFP to inform Supplier if ranking has changed:

1. Please set up your competetitive RFP in your RFP within the Grid Editor (as below) 

Flag in Column "Price per Unit" on "Competitive"

Please note that Corporate Metro AG Buyer should Flag the Competitive button in Colum "Exwork Price"

2. Click on Competitive settings icon

3.  Set competitive settings:

• Click on "Each line item"
• Decide Calculation rules, like max. bid step
• Decide if supplier should see Best Bid from all supplier (Display best bid: yes or no)
• Make sure "Rank" is selected in Display competitive setting
• Click on "Inform supplier if ranking changes"
