How to generate a report with the new comment feature in SharePoint ?(Spaceman) Print

Please follow the steps below in order to generate the report with new comment feature.

Open the Spaceman Report Page from the spaceman home page or by clicking the below url:

https://collaborationtool-pp.metrogroup-networking.com/sites/SPACEMAN/AUSTRIA/SitePages/Reports.aspx

You will see the newly added Comments check box in report section (Only if you have permission to see comments) as highlighted below:

Click on the Generate Report, you will get the report for all planograms with headers highlighted in yellow shown as below:

Now click on the comments check box and then click on Generate Report button. You will get the report with the Comments column appended with the previous data :

For example:

Report with Comment column will be generated for all the other implementation status when you will change the status with the comment checkbox selected as mentioned in step no. 3

Note: Data shown in the screenshots is test data only. Original data will be different.
