Yes (from country admin perspective) in administration > audit tables > subchapters > inactive for country 

Step1: Click Sub chapters

Step 2: Choose the right audit type, checklist and chapter for which the sub chapter needs to be hidden. Click Search.

Step 3: Choose the subchapter and tick the button in the column ''Inactive for country'' its saved automatically and this subchapter will not appear in the checklist.
