Only Country Admin, Head Office Operations has the rights to modify Global checklist to make it country specific.

All hidden questions/ chapters by the Country Admin are not visible for auditors on audit conduction side. But on the administration side it is still visible after hiding the question has a faded color  and any time a country admin user can unhide it back.
