!!!! Before starting the translations it is crucial to change the default language from English into local, only after the language switch it is possible to translate within all translation modules. Otherwise the local languages fields/ labels are not activated and English is the default. !!!

Where to translate the system?

There are two buttons for translations in the system:

Function Qaudit Translations is used for translations of all system buttons, error messages, and explanations given in the tool.

Function Admin tables translations is used for translations of all Group Data = All data insert by Global Administrator and available for all country users (like example “fully complainte).

Part 1 Function translation:

To translate we need to go to >Country tables > Qaudit Translations

You have the possibility to translate as: 1. Export > 2. Translate >3. Upload (Do not delete the pfile, same exported pfile needs to be uploaded as latest version of the excellist. Questions will be exported and can be imported.

(Please keep in mind that the subchapter needs to be translated (somewhere else) in the system.

Part 2 Function of Group tables translation

To translate we need to go to > Country tables > Admin table translation > translations.

You have the possibility to translate as: 1. Export > 2. Translate >3. Upload (Do not delete the pfile, same exported pfile needs to be uploaded as latest version of the checklist. Questions will be exported and can be imported.

(Please keep in mind that the questions needs to be translated (somewhere else) in the system (not per Excel).
