You can create your favorite store view for e.g. clustering and comparing. 

Go to Site > View 

Select as site type 'Store' and then determine all attributes you want to see. Afterwards click on the star.

You will get the following pop-up:

You must fill a least the mandatory (red star) fields and determine a name and a tag for your favorite. You have also the possibility to share your favorite with other users by selecting a profile group.

Click on the green save button.

Afterwards you can select your stored selection in the favorites drop-down box.

To delete your favorite search you have to access your account section:

Scroll to 'My favorites' and click on the dustbin icon to delete the favorite. You have to confirm your action in the upcoming pop-up.
