Pre-Conditions

• The planogram must be connected to a content receiver
• The planogram must have the status “work in progress”

A product can be highlighted as "NEW" when

• It appears in the product list of a planogram for the first time (mainly when completely new planograms are created)
• There is a new product in MMS (in these cases, the article will be highlighted (colored) in Spaceman after the night run)

Additional information

• The highlight (color) will disappear when the planogram is published. After publishing, the colored article can be only be seen on the published pdf

How to use it?

• On the tab “Analyze”, click on “Highlight”:

• Choose the following fields: “Characteristics Analysis”,” Default Color”
• Check the boxes: “Legend” and “Use Product Filter Set”

• Click on “New…”

• Enter a name for your filter, select the below criteria and click on “OK”

• Select your newly created filter and click on the arrow, as shown below

• Select the desired highlighting color and click on “OK”
