Spaceman Users
Every user in Spaceman is added to the related active directory group automatically (SharePoint active directory group is part of Spaceman active directory group).
Non-Spaceman Users
The countries are responsible to grant access to the SharePoint only active directory. We do not even have access to it.
Authorization to access planograms:
The below mentioned AD Group which manage the access for non Spaceman Application users to Sharepoint.
The group is managed by the local IT of the country
