The setting of units is based on the user's personal Windows settings.

  • In case you do not have your computer set up in metrics, you will not be able to see metric units in Spaceman: 




How to solve this?


  • Change your personal settings in Windows: change the measurement units from inches to centimeters
  • Contact us via spaceman@sourcingsupport.de and request a profile deletion from the Spaceman server (after the personal Windows settings were adjusted)
  • Our support team will request the profile deletion. Do not log in in my.Spaceman until we confirm that your profile has been deleted


Please note:

Deleting your user profile from the Spaceman server will reset all your personal Settings in Spaceman.


In case the steps described above did not help solving the problem, the personal profile from the user's computer needs to be deleted. When the personal profile is deleted, all settings from the user's computer are lost. The personal profile deletion is done by local IT and should be requested by the user.
