Go to the planogram you wish to save as a pdf file

Click on "File" → "Print"

Select the Printer 'Microsoft Print to PDF'

If required, select your desired 'Output Designer Template'

Click on the 'Print' icon

Look for the S:Drive folder in which you would like to store the PDF file

Click on 'Save'
