Country Admin with the role Head Office Operations has the right to create the stores for their respective country.


A 'Store' can be added to Qaudit tools in two ways:


A. Manual entry of each store ( advised when no of store is less than 5)


Go To 'Site' --> Drop down menu appears 'View'  and 'Add'


View --> allows you to see all the stores listed for your country


Add --> allows you to manually add stores of your country.


After selecting 'Add':



Select the 'Store' as Site type and enter Name and Code of the Store in the mandatory fields. You can also provide further information.


Click on the save button to save your entries



B. Use excel template to add store details through export and import features

Go to Site--> Drop down menu appears 'View'  and 'Add'


View --> allows you to see all the stores listed for your country


Add --> allows you to manually add stores of your country.


After clicking on 'Add':

1. Download the template and edit the template by adding store details and Save

2. Import back the same file

3. Press the SAVE button on the page. Stores are added successfully
